Mueller won the 100-yard breaststroke by nine seconds at 1:17.37.

“It was a really good meet, with lots of lifetime bests. We look to have a strong team this year and compete well at the district and state meet, hopefully having several podium swims,” Olympia head coach Henry Valz said.

Wednesday’s meet was Olympia’s first home meet away from The Evergreen State College in over 50 years. The college chose this spring to close the pool in June, citing costs of repairs and operations.

Next up for Olympia is a date at Shelton on Tuesday, Sept. 15.
