The Northwest Christian volleyball team nearly recorded a set’s worth of aces Thursday night as it swept Pope John Paul II at home 25-14, 25-10, 25-20.
Northwest Christian piled up 24 aces, led by nine from freshman Jess Collins, who added 22 assists and two kills to her outstanding night in the Wolverines’ Sea-Tac League opener.
