The Thurston Economic Development Council (EDC) has opened nominations for the 2026 Thurston EDC Business Awards, recognizing businesses and organizations making a meaningful impact across Thurston County.

The awards celebration will take place on June 24 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Hangar 51 Event Center at the Olympia Airport, offering a fresh, summer-style gathering, in an open-air setting, focused on connection and community.
“This year, we’re keeping things light — light on program, rich in connection,” Thurston EDC said in a news release. “Expect a new kind of gathering — one that feels more like a celebration with friends.
