Starting Monday, June 15, the Thurston County Resource Hub is hosting a month-long donation drive to support community members in need, according to a Facebook post by the Thurston County Resource Hub. The drive will end July 15.
Requested items include high-demand essentials like ready-to-eat foods and personal hygiene items, as well as canned entrees, snacks, trail mix, toothbrushes, travel toiletries, and baby wipes.
Donation drop-off will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday for the duration of the event at the Hub, 929 Lakeridge Dr. SW, Olympia.
Items that won't be accepted include fresh or refrigerated foods, dry pasta or pasta sauce, opened or used toiletries, or menstruation products.
