A Thurston County man is facing possible DUI charges after he allegedly crossed the center lane of state Route 3 and crashed into a dump truck near Shelton on Friday.
Kenneth S. McMillian, 45, of Lacey, was reportedly driving a green 2000 Toyota Tacoma northbound on state Route 3 when he crossed the center line at milepost one, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The Toyota struck the trailer of a southbound dump truck driven by Brittany Lovell, 33, of Shelton, according to WSP. The Toyota came to rest in the northbound lane while the dump truck came to rest in the southbound lane.
McMillian was transported to Providence St. Peter Hospital for medical treatment. Lovell was uninjured.
