Olympia snapped a two-game skid with a 3-1 win at home against Bonney Lake Wednesday night, handing the Panthers their first loss of the season.

The Bears jumped all over Bonney Lake in the first set in a 25-15 conquest, but the Panthers scrapped with Olympia in the second set and prevailed 27-25 to knot the match at one set apiece.

Olympia pounded Bonney Lake in set three 25-9, and the Bears fended off the Panthers 25-23 in the fourth to secure the four-set victory.

University of Washington commit Stella Sheeran continued her torrid start to her junior campaign with 17 kills and 14 digs. Both of Olympia’s setters, McKenzie Madill and Anna Johnston, were outstanding against Bonney Lake, as Madill tallied 20 assists and 14 digs while Johnston posted 26 assists and nine kills.
