Student registration for “Find Your Future,” an annual community-wide career exploration event for youth and families, is now open.

The event takes place March 21 at Timberline High School and is open to students ages 13 to 18, or grades 8 to 12, and their families.

Offering expanded programming designed to help students make informed decisions about education, careers and life after high school, Find Your Future 2026 aims to connect the next generation with local employers, industry professionals, colleges, trade programs, and community resources in one dynamic, hands-on event, organizers said in a news release.

New for 2026, the event has expanded to include career-focused student sessions, dedicated community sessions for parents and guardians, a larger, community-wide resource fair and extended opportunities for families to participate together, organizers said in a news release.

“Find Your Future is about giving students real exposure to the opportunities right here in our community—and helping families feel confident navigating what comes next,” said event organizers. “By expanding the event, we’re creating more meaningful connections and practical guidance for both students and parents.”

Early registration is encouraged.

Pre-registration closes March 16. Students can register at https://forms.gle/k9ZoGcQBV1W4vTPN9

Walk-ins will be accepted on the day of the event, space permitting.

Community partners and businesses are invited to participate as sponsors and exhibitors. Sponsorship opportunities include booth space and visibility with students and families across Thurston County, organizers said in a news release.
