The Olympia Downtown Alliance, also known as LoveOly, is now accepting performer applications for the beloved Music in the Park summer concert series returning to downtown Olympia for its 45th year in July 2026.
Most concerts will take place at Sylvester Park, with a lively finale at Port Plaza on July 29. Hosted by the Olympia Downtown Alliance, this free, all-ages concert series fills Wednesday evenings with live music, drawing crowds in the hundreds — sometimes thousands, according to event organizers.
“Showcasing the rhythm, energy, and talent of the Pacific Northwest, it’s a fun way to soak up summer while supporting local artists,” Olympia Downtown Alliance said in a news release.
This year, the concert series could feature up to five performances.
Final dates will be announced via the Olympia Downtown Alliance’s newsletter, website, and social media channels.
The Olympia Downtown Alliance encourages artists from Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and surrounding areas to apply.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to share your sound with a dynamic and diverse audience in the heart of downtown,” the Olympia Downtown Alliance said in a news release.
The performer application deadline is May 12. To apply, visit tinyurl.com/Musicinthepark2026
